Our design and construction teams have developed a huge amount of specialist knowledge from the numerous churches and church halls that we build nationally. This enables us to deliver high value buildings to our customers at a very competitive price.
We offer a full turnkey service for all aspects of a project starting with early stage feasibility advice through to the submission of planning documentation, development of the detailed architectural and structural designs and the necessary applications to Building Control. On-site we take care of everything from foundations to superstructure including all finishes and necessary plumbing and heating services. This type of project management offers considerable benefits to our customers, especially in terms of reduced costs, shorter timescales and single point responsibility. We will help by providing information at all stages to assist with grant applications and we are very happy to attend presentations that are made to stakeholders or potential funders of a scheme.
We charge our chartered architect on a basis that covers just his bare expenses up to the point that planning permission is granted because we understand that our customers typically operate with very limited funds being available to them in the early design stages. The fee will be pre-agreed and on average represents just 25% of fees typically charged by external architectural practices. This design fee will be refunded to you in the event that Pinelog are awarded the contract to construct the project. There is no catch - you will be under no obligation to contract with Pinelog at any stage in the process. Experience has told us that we offer an extremely cost effective design and build service therefore this approach has served us well over many years.
