    If you wish to purchase a lodge sited on a holiday park you should firstly contact the park owner as our contract will be with them and not you individually. Once you have started negotiations with the park owner it’s normally possible for us to work directly with you to establish a design and specification for your lodge.

    Lodges built to BS EN 3632:2015 are zero rated for VAT. However, furnishings and certain fittings will attract VAT at standard rate.

    Prices quoted in our price list are ex works and we will advise accurate delivery and siting costs at the quotation stage. For budgeting purposes, we suggest around £7000 per lodge.

    Our ‘fitted lodge’ price covers the whole structure and includes fitted kitchen (including oven/hob and extractor), bathrooms, fitted furniture, space and water heating etc. On our price list we show integrated white goods and soft furnishings separately. This is so that you can have freedom of choice of sourcing these items yourself should you so wish.

    You will need to provide a suitable base and services such as water, electricity and waste drainage. You will also need to arrange for a plumber and electrician to be present on site to make the necessary connections and to commission appliances.
